The cupboards are starting to look bare, but the freezer is still full. This week’s meals need to tackle the surplus of frozen foods that have so that we can defrost the freezer.
Sunday January 19 – broccoli cheddar soup, salad and dinner rolls
Monday January 20 – quiche and salad
Tuesday January 21 – minestrone soup and salad
Wednesday January 22 – pizza and salad
Thursday January 23 – butternut squash chili
Friday January 24 – salmon and sweet potato fries
Saturday January 25 – seafood linguini and salad
This morning I cleared out the pastries we had in the freezer that my daughter had brought home from work. They were a nice treat today with a cup of coffee.
